There are 2 options available to your furniture order(s): Warehouse Pick-Up & Local Delivery.
You are welcome to pick up your order at no charge! Our distribution center is located at 728 W Rider St Perris, CA 92571.
Our customer pick up area is open Mon - Fri / 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM. We ask for at least one day's notice before you plan to pickup. This ensures that your items could be pulled from the stock.
Please be aware that RattanYard Furniture cannot accept responsibility for damage to furniture or vehicles due to the loading and packing on non-delivered items. RattanYard Furniture will not provide tie-down service of any kind due to liability issues. You will need to bring your own tie downs, bungee cords and packing blankets to safely secure your purchase.
We are able to deliver ourselves locally to most area of California, Arizona. Once an order is made, it is placed on a schedule for delivery. Our agents will then give you a call in order to confirm your order details such as the items in the order, the method of delivery and a scheduled day for you.
If you are available, we will confirm the order for delivery. If you are not available for the delivery date, we will then reschedule for a different day in the same week or more l ikely the upcoming one.
We will not deliver the items without a confirmed delivery date, if we are not able to reach you, we will delay the delivery of the item until we have a confirmation.
This is done for the benefit of both the customer and the company, as it ensures the order is delivered on a specified date instead of being left in the front of the home unattended.
Garden furniture’s customers living in remote or limited access areas maybe subject to additional shipping charges. The website will not calculate these at the checkout, however we will contact you regarding any extra fees before processing your order. If you have not placed your order yet, but have concerns about delivery location, please feel free to contact us to review any extra fees or delivery options.

Smaller items except heavy furniture are shipped without confirmation and any shipping cost, they are shipped shortly after the order is received and will go through one of our main carriers, such as USPS, UPS or Fedex. And you will receive within one week.
Please note these items are shipped with third party companies, so if you experience any delays, we recommend giving a call to the carrier first, who will be able to give you a more accurate update. If you are not able to call them, you can of course reach out to us, and we will contact them on your behalf.
It is also important to note, the carrier only delivers during weekdays. Mon- Fri.
You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped, at no cost. However, if you cancel after it ships, restocking and shipping fees may apply.
Shipping times are only approximate, and can change depending on environmental conditions, transit issues, and carrier’s availability. Last minute appointments changes CAN occur, and are out of our hands, since the delivery process is managed by a third party carrier.
In all cases if an appointment is missed the drivers will try to reschedule with you. You must be present at your appointment as a signature is required. If you are not present the carrier will not deliver, and re delivery fees may apply.
